The more Developmental Assets® young people acquire, the better their chances of succeeding in school and becoming happy, healthy, and contributing members of their communities and society.
In this workshop you’ll learn to identify support that is essential for youth to succeed. You’ll be given information that you’ll be able to share with other about ways to make a positive difference in the lives of our youth!
This workshop is open to parents, guardians, community groups, employers, teachers, agencies and any individual that would like to learn about 40 Development Assets®.
The seminar will take place in Mora at the Kanabec County Jail Training Room, 18 N Vine Street, Mora. There is a $10 registration fee (FREE for coalition members) to cover seminar material, refreshments and a light lunch.
Minnesota Department of Human Services Regional Prevention Coordinators Kelly Felton and Jenilee Telander will be presenting the information.
