The Northwest Metro Drug Task Force seized 75,000 THC vaping cartridge in Anoka County in a record drug bust.
Officials believe the cartridges came from out of state for distribution in Minnesota.
The bust comes after hospitals across the country have seen an influx of hospitalizations and deaths linked to vaping. In some of the cases, patients reported vaping THC, officials said.
One man has been arrested in relation to the cartridges, he has not been charged yet.
Officials are urging consumers to not use illegally purchased THC cartridges, citing health concerns.
