An article stating the approval of a product called “Palcohol” by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau was issued April 23, 2014. “Palcohol” is a powdered product made by absorbing the ethanol onto some sort of carbohydrate powder creating powdered alcohol to be mixed with water. Palcohol’s parent company Lipsmark said “there seemed to be a discrepancy on our fill level, how much powder is in the bag.” It said it will resubmit the labels for approval, not the product itself.
