The Refuge domestic violence and sexual assault services

The RefugeThe Refuge Network, a program of Family Pathways, originally founded in 1986, provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. The Refuge Network serves the counties of Chisago, Isanti, and Kanabec. Services include 24-hour crisis intervention, emergency shelter, personal advocacy, legal advocacy, domestic violence survivors support groups, men’s programs, family law clinics, mediation, paralegal services, community education and training for professionals.

To give an overview of the need for our services; in 2014 we helped 2,055 victims of family violence, provided shelter to 125 women and children and facilitated 15,902 crisis intervention and counseling contacts.
